ZB Homes are members of the New Zealand Master Builders Association as well as Certified Builders. A Master Builders 10-Year Residential Guarantee protects you after the building process, and for the next 10 years. Certified Builders have to meet rigorous entry criteria that includes being licenced and having a trade qualification. What’s more, to maintain membership we need to demonstrate that we keep up-to-date with the latest building techniques and training.
